Publisher's Synopsis
Stan Reiser was born in Alberta in 1948. He spent his first four years living in the wilds near a small coal mine town of Mercoal, now a ghost town. His farm was located in "farm fringe" country, literally on the edge of forestry lands. His whole life revolved around hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He was (and still is) addicted to the wild adventures of the great outdoors. His addiction to the wild adventures led him from Alaska to Panama and enabled him to become an outfitter known as Alberta Trophy Hunts. This book, of the same name, details not only some of his exploits, but those of his family, friends and clients who hunted some of the most sought after species North America has to offer.
