As Rasta and Amina travel to The Iballi Galactic Counsel to present a case against Lord Corelli, Poet leads the I.R.T and their allies in developing a strike campaign to destroy Neuro-24 and end the tyrannical reigns of Lord Corelli and Pag. Should the I.R.T become successful in their efforts, the ominous Onyx Samurais are still at bay, as well as a new, maniacal mercenary leader, Colonel N'gumo, hired by Lord Corelli, and who will stop at nothing to see the I.R.T's demise.
