I want to make African American women more aware of using natural ways to grow hair. It can be done. It does take time, dedication, some modest lifestyle changes, and consistency, but anyone can do what I did. This book will show any woman of color how to grow more healthy, shiny hair and also be healthy along the way. I pondered over whether to keep all the Bible scriptures I quoted in this book thinking some people just may not prefer to read all the Bible stories included. Using the Bible is just my way of how I operate. I don't want to force my religion on nobody. To those who feel "some kind of way" about it I say, don't let that stop you or make you hesitate.
