Publisher's Synopsis
Four utterly incompatible teenagers are stuck together in a Friday afternoon detention at their high school. When their teacher leaves unexpectedly, he takes their confiscated cell phones with him. Unwilling to spend the weekend without their "beloved" devices, the teenagers set out for his house to retrieve them, where they stumble upon the miniature of a Celtic ritual ground. When they touch the strange replica, it suddenly teleports them to the world of Afallach. In their quest to get home, they are pitted against powerful magical creatures and must overcome countless obstacles. Yet, during their journey, they discover that they have more in common than they thought and that true strength lies in unity. Will the four misfits accomplish the impossible and find their way back home, or will the fearsome monsters of Afallach condemn them to an untimely end?
