Publisher's Synopsis
The adrenals are two little organs that sit on top of the kidneys and produce a few chemicals, among them, cortisol. When under pressure, we produce and delivery short explosions of cortisol into the circulatory system. The adrenal exhaustion hypothesis recommends that delayed openness to stress could deplete the adrenals prompting a low cortisol state. The adrenal consumption would cause mind mist, low energy, burdensome temperament, salt and sweet longings, dizziness, and other dubious manifestations.
