Concepts and Problem Studied 1.1 Introduction: The aim and objective of educational psychology may be stated as the development of whole personality and "continuous growth" of students. 1. Increasing ability of intelligence self -direction in the changing social order 2. Increasing ability for discriminative social functioning. Education system shows the importance of teacher, parents and students. The main objective of education is the all -round development of pupil. Education plays an important role for the progress of students as well as society. Students are the future of our society. So they would have a good citizen and for this purpose every society concentrates on the education for the development of student. Learning through experiences allow children acquire knowledge and apply their skill to better understand themselves and to see how other all the necessary social and professional skills are developed in school, so they should get the opportunity to develop their own personality. Teaching is therefore, more a facilitating, motivating and promoting process. It helps students to acquire knowledge, skill, ideals, attitude, interest and appreciation, leading to change the behavior and growth of a person with a balanced personality. We have noticed a tendency in child that as he approaches the age of three years he takes interest in other children. It means that he mixes with other member of society. It shows the social development of child. Socialization is important for the personal development of child. Social intelligence is a skill that is utilized to establish healthy relationship with family friends and community members. Personality factor and family environment seem to play significant role in the development of social intelligence of children. Socially matured person will have the healthy life. Social intelligence is necessary for positive thinking and to face the different situation for happy social life in the society. It was felt that knowledge of the relationship between family environments, personality factor will be useful to develop the social intelligence among the high school students. By involving intellectual activity into classroom, students can experience success and develop their personality,
