Gentlemen, I am not here to-night, as I told you, to discuss the Redistribution Bill. You all know that there are a number of very interesting questions connected with it. There is the campaign that is going on now with regard to pro portional representation there is the question as to the wisdom of the subdivision of the great towns; and there are other questions of that kind. I do not propose to deal with them. With your permission, to-night, I want to look forward - I want to see what work is to be done. (hear, hear.)
