AN act to repeal the Act of 1879, chapter 1, entitled An Act to amend section 1 of chapter 28 of the Acts of 1868 being section 193a of Thompson Steger's Code.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, That the Act of 1879, chapter 1, approved January 17, 1879, be and it is hereby repealed.
