AN act to legalize the return of taxes for? The county Of Isabella, for the year one thousand eight hundred 'and sixty nine.
Section 1. The People of the State of Michigan enact, That fixes the return of taxes of the county of Isabella, for the year one km thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, and all the proceed ings for the collection and payment of taxes under and by virtue thereof, be and the same are hereby declared to be as legal and valid as though the county treasurer of said county of Isabella had made his return of said taxes to the Auditor General within the time prescribed by law.
