AN act to provide for the marking or labeling Of cars, barges or other conveyances transporting coal mined or coke manufactured by convict labor in other States and brought into this Common wealth for sale at wholesale or retail therein.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common wealth of Kentucky.
