AN act to amend and re - enact section, 1 of an act entitled, lah Act to provide for the erection and completion of the Capitol and other necessary buildings at the seat of Government. Approved by the Governor, February 6, 1904, and authorizing a change of Capitol site, and provide for the acquisition of lands therefor.
