Author work represents photophysical with a molecular docking approach to investigate the interaction of acridinedione dyes with proteins in aqueous solutions. Acridinedione dyes are widely used as fluorescent dyes, and their interaction with proteins has implications in various fields, including drug discovery, enzyme inhibitors and molecular recognition. It involves the utilization of fluorescence spectroscopy to examine the interaction of acridinedione dyes with adenine, amino acids, and globular proteins. It also involves the employment of computational methods, including molecular docking, to investigate the protein-ligand interaction and ligand binding.
