Neither of us comes from families that are particularly wealthy. We were both raised to have a stellar work ethic and a strong sense of self. When we met, we clashed. Boy did we clash. However, beneath the clashes, there was mutual respect and admiration for what the other had to offer. We both chose to foster that respect and admiration. Over time we became best of friends. We both have a strong desire to give to the world and share the abundance we have found in living what most people would consider ordinary lives. While we both started in different places in life we both feel like we have moved from the desert of scarcity, represented on the left side of the cover, to the lush green life where the river of Abundance flows daily, this is represented on the right side of the cover. Notice, as the river feeds the life along the banks, the banks provide the river a path to flow. Each gives life to the other. This is how abundance and the partnership between the authors work.
