Publisher's Synopsis
YOUR GOOD HEALTH IS WEALTH
I've often reflected on the incredible changes that have occurred in my 74 years of life, wondered what the next century would bring, and wished I could hang around to see them. I realize I've seen plenty already, however, and that's not the major problem I have with growing old.I reduce the negative consequences of aging to four things, the first being rather obvious. I don't usually feel old, but life has a way of reminding me daily that I am-my strength has faded considerably compared to just a dozen years ago and my stamina has gone with it. I tire quickly and recover slowly, and I miss that feeling of strength and self-assurance. It's not that I was cocky or confrontational when I was younger, I didn't look for trouble at all, I just felt like I could handle most situations that life had to throw my way.
Next is the second class status of being "old" ACUTE Bronchitis
