A book for small churches striving to survive in today's world. A study of where your church is and where it should go. I want you to understand that this book is not about you. It is about us. I was ordained as an Elder in my denomination at age nineteen in a small struggling church. I have spent most of my years as a minister working in and with small churches, as a pastor, a moderator, and a member of committees trying to help small churches survive. When I earned my Doctorate in Ministry, I concentrated in Transformational Leadership, working to learn how churches and church leaders could be more effective servants of God Almighty.
