Publisher's Synopsis
Nick Archer is a respected minister; a family man. He has everything including a beautiful wife and daughter. Rachel and Katie are Nick's whole life. His life is perfect. Until one grueling night when everything was taken from him. All that he loved is gone. As he explains the night to the police, and his friends he begins to sound insane. How could creatures--which don't exist--have taken his family. He begins to believe maybe he is insane until one night he gets a visit from one of them. This begins his journey which turns out to be a quest for revenge. This quest goes on for over two decades; before he finally finds himself on a remote island off the coast of Maine. He finds himself arrested. Again everyone thinks he is insane. However on this island everything changes for him. Will he lose his mind or gain everything?
