What I really liked is the reflections throughout of the great pioneers like Rachel Carson, Dr Maynard Murray, Ann Wigmore, Masanobu Fukuoka and more recently the work of Zach Bush and how Ray linked them together as an important background to our understanding, that we are not only connected to nature but we rely on all the elements needed for the functioning of the human body from the sea and the plants. In other words we are nature! Ray's articles in the back of the book are a fascinating snippet of his ideas, to reinforce his beliefs and everything he taught.'
