With respect to the law of executions, it has been found that the questions requiring most frequent consideration by the courts are, What property is subject to execution and what exemptions may be allowed Special attention has therefore been given to the subjects of garnishment, of conditions and restraints designed to withdraw prop etty from execution, and of the various statutory exemp tions. Considerably more than three thousand cases have been added to the table of citations, and the text has been augmented to a corresponding extent.
