Nothing now remains to him except the pleasing duty of offering his best and most cordial thanks to the gentle men named in the ensuing list - to whose activity and punctuality it is owing that the scheme has been realised, and the' Work completed in a comparatively short period; and whose zealous cooperation has lightened his labours and made the occupation interesting and pleasant.
