Riahi explores how the Kahf draws upon allusion to Islamic history and the Qur'an, invoking iconic figures such as Aisha, Khadija, Esther, Zuleika, and others, to offer a counter-narrative that challenges both Western feminist perspectives and entrenched patriarchal views.
