Life, it should be simple - right? The answer is - it can be if we choose it to be. It's unfortunate that many of us struggle with the fact that life really can be simple with less stress and complications. For the purposes of this book, I choose to include common areas regarding what I believe are required to create a simple life. Although common, these important areas of our life must be first acknowledged for what they are, then responded to with purposeful actions for their use in striving for a simple life. I have divided the material into different sections that I believe are all extremely relevant to the 'simple' entities that one must obtain for living a simple life. For they all have a distinct purpose for attaining a simple life.In this book, I shall present my own personal experiences regarding a simple life that I have focused upon for many years. These experiences, which are drawn from many sources, have contributed greatly to a life that I have firmly established - a simple one.
