All of these questions are answered very precisely in the Tripartite Tractate of the Nag Hammadi. This type of knowledge is called gnosis. The creation cosmogony that's presented through the Tripartite Tractate is the path by which consciousness proceeds out from the Father through the Son and out through the Totalities of the All and the Fullness of God. This is the very consciousness we are heirs to. We living creatures are the children of the Aeons of the Fullness of God. Consciousness, life, light, and love come from the Father and the Fullness of God in the form of all living creatures. This world is not our forever home. All of us have been redeemed by Christ and everyone will come to know that. We shall all return in the end to our heavenly abode to live forever as the Father's beloved children. Valentinian Gnosticism is a form of proto-Christianity, and I maintain that it is the true, original form of Christianity. It is my understanding that this wisdom would have been what Jesus was actually talking about, and that's why the New Testament is consistent with what I have been teaching.
