One hundred and seventeen species and 8 subspecies or varieties are treated in this paper, of which 27 species and 2 subspecies are described as new. One fossil species and 5 other species which are either unknown or belong to other genera are omitted from the key, but these species are brie?y treated at the end of the paper.
