Resolved, That the members of this Bar, in token of respect for his memory, will, during the present term of this Court, Wear the usual badge of mourning.
Resolved, That the President of this Bar be requested to communicate these Resolutions to the Honorable Justices of this Court, with our re quest that the same may be entered on the Records thereof, and further that this Court may be adjourned to such time as the Court may be pleased to order.
