A guide to the sites visited by St Paul on his three missionary journeys and journey to Rome, and those associated with the Revelation. The new edition is updated and expanded with many colour photographs, maps and plans. A new section deals with St John and guides us around the island of Patmos. There are four more islands described, that may be visited as part of a cruise. The Turkey chapter includes Istanbul besides the Seven Churches sites. The Greece chapter includes the Macedonian sites, the Meteora monasteries, Athens, Corinth and Delphi. Cyprus and Malta are covered in separate chapters; one highlight is describing each of the UNESCO listed churches that stretch into the Troodos mountains, besides the practicalities of covering the north and south of the island together.
