Snapshots are presented of the social and love life of an Egyptian boy at the different stages from elementary school undergraduate education. Starting with puppy love and living in a virtual world of daydreams, he gradually made a transition to romance as he matured. Getting involved in politics at younger age under an oppressive regime. His education was interrupted as he was sentenced in a mass military trial among thousands of people from different ages. He was financially helping earlier prisoner's family. As he got out, he aspired to be on the top of his class through the support of a cousin who was dedicated to his psychological rehabilitation and was able to achieve his ambitions. His attempt to rekindle his earlier romance he faced the dilemma of a professional woman who wanted to start a marriage life with a student who is dedicated to his study. After graduation he was appointed as an instructor in his college and was able to secure a scholarship to complete his graduate studied in London. Having a fling with a pretty bimbo student was a mistake that turned him to a better catch, a student he respected and admired. However his jail record seamed to haunt him. After being a US citizen for almost fifty years he lost his wife from back home, By sheer coincident he ran into the daughter of his rehabilitator who saved his life.
