On the 14th of February 2007, the Macomb Sherriff County Department received a call from a man claiming that his wife had been missing for about five days since her return from San Juan, Puerto Rico where she worked. The man sounded broken and distraught with the idea that his wife may have left him for her lover, wishing only to have her back by his side and to have everything back to normal for the family and kids. The detective started an investigation into her disappearance with family and friends helping out in the search. What they never knew was that the next time they would see their beloved Tara, she would be dismembered into ten different parts, her killer still on the run.
