An honest and frequently humorous account of a young boy growing up and maturing into a man, from what could be considered an atypical and often dysfunctional family setting into the equally unwholesome wild west world of the UK's financial sector in the 1980's and 90's. This book tells my story, having been diagnosed as being bipolar at the age of twenty-one, of how I managed to cope, survive and at times thrive, despite and occasionally because of my illness and the effects of the prescription medication use to treat it.
