This Pamphlet is thought to offer Very good Hints for that Purpofe, well worth the Confideration of thofe in Power. Laws made for the punifhing of a Community will hardly be attended 'with any nd Effeé't. The Welfare and Union of the W hole is the only Security for the Liber ties of every Part of the Nation. Let Law's be made for the Good of the Pe0p1e, and not for their Hurt; let the Eaith and Spirit of the Union be carefully remembered, and let Ju fiice be impartially adminifired and executed: And then we may hope, God will give alike Succefs to our Politics as to our Arms.
