One of the key parts of the book in discussing is the six academic schools of kungfu, they are the oriental fields of all kinds of Chinese kungfu with the six kinds of method, theory and style. The fields are Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, the traditional Chinese medicine, martial art and the kungfu circle of citizenry. The history of them has more than 2,000 years. As a cultural form, in the past time, the style, the method and the theory of kungfu were always in changing, reformation and renewal.
