The tranquil beauty of the small Caribbean island, El Niño, was shattered by two murders so brutal they cause the only witness to have a nervous breakdown. The local police believe the murders were drug related and feel hopelessly ill-equipped to find and punish the killers, while also protecting the lone witness from some powerful drug cartel.
