Every strong emotion of the mind is felt most powerfully at the stomach. An intelligent friend, who was in several battles during our revolutionary war, assured me, that in those aw ful moments, when drawn up in battle array, he felt (to use his own expression) a dreadful whirling at the stomach. He further assured me that the bravest soldiers in the army.
