I invited you to an oral discussion, to be held in Lcuis ville. You have declined acceptance, for reasons which you pronounce obvious, and I prefer declining your invitation to Cincinnati, for reasons which you will please consider equally obvious; and its publication in the manner you pro pose - from the fact that I now have a discussion nearly ready for the press, on the same subject, lately held with the rev. John N. Aller. Thus far, therefore, we are even.
