As Steiner and Krige move through events, morality and loyalty are ignored, and when the two men finally come face to face they must decide who should ultimately be brought to account. Brian Reeve was born and brought up in South Africa. He studied karate and aikido in Japan, achieving black-belt grades in each discipline, and lives in London.
