The Qur'an is the ultimate mercy for mankind from the most merciful and the most compassionate-Allah. 1 He is called so in His last book and by other good names like Al-Rahmdn the most merciful. 2 He is the sole Creator and Sustainer of man, the 7 universe and all that is within it."
