In Section II, "The Personal Journey" Workbook, you are provided with specific practices, processes, prayers and lifestyle routines that will furnish instructions and insights to guide you through your own daily sacred healing journey to empowerment, spiritual connection and unconditional love. This is a model for healing and expanding into your higher self, offering a compassionate self-inquiry process as a framework for healing and releasing denser, victim patterns that can help you grow and evolve into your lighter, more joy filled sacred self. Daily life becomes the opportunity for practice and nature provides the support.
Section III of this book contains a series of practices for community Sacred Living Solutions setting There are certain principles, values and behaviors that really increase the sacred nature of any group gathering, imbuing the group with the ability to find and implement sacred solutions to our day to day life challenges. The model, "Sacred Living Solution Circles", invites people to gather together as families, friends, in school, community or business groups to employ practices and perspectives to align themselves with sacred expressions to heal and bond.
