By asking the Lord Jesus Christ for grace for our transformation: spirit, soul and body. The focus will not be directly on weight loss but getting rid of emotional triggers, pain, deep hurt, anything that is causing harm and hurt to us spiritually, emotionally, mentally, socially, physically, physiologically, psychologically, relationally and financially.
