Heat oven to 175�c. Cook potatoes, covered, in 75 ml butter or margarine 10 minutes. Add sausages, soup, sauerkraut, mayonnaise and caraway seed; pour into 40 cm casserole. Melt remaining 25 ml butter or margarine; combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 175 �c.
