I sat, wrote and the pen did not let up until I had completed documenting what I was hearing. When the pen ceased, I had 30 days of what the process of grief looked like. From preparing for death, the emotions that followed, and the things we do to find comfort.
I knew I was not alone, so I decided to compile this journal to assist others. Grieving is never easy, and sometimes it is downright ugly. But we have to go through the process, because guess what?
